2018 Haley Rosé
Not your typical frail “pink” wine, Haley Rosé is a lighter expression of the Pinot Noir grape but with the full body and texture to pair with most any lighter fare. It is made from 100% Dijon 777 fruit that was grown specifically for this wine. In the winery, the fruit spent 24 hours on the skins before pressing then undergoes a long, cool fermentation. This accounts for the richer color and texture while highlighting the fresh floral aromatics.
The Haley Rose Rosé is named after our granddaughter, Haley, who drew the painting on the label when she was in Kindergarten. If she is ever around when you visit us, she would be more than happy to autograph your bottle.
Like Haley, the Haley Rose Rosé can be enjoyed chilled or cellar temperature.
