Introduction
Ribbon Ridge Vineyard is a small, family-owned and operated vineyard and winery founded by Dewey and Robin Kelly with help from family and friends. It is the realization of a dream that first took shape in 1978 when we purchased and named the Ribbon Ridge Vineyard site. The vision survived untended for 22 years, and in 2001, it was resurrected when we planted our first 9 acres of Pinot noir. In 2003, we released our first Ribbon Ridge Vineyard Estate Pinot Noir. Four years later, we are still at it.
The estate vineyard is located about 8 miles northeast of Carlton in the heart of Yamhill County's newly designated Ribbon Ridge viticultural area. The estate vineyard is the sole source for Ribbon Ridge Vineyard's flagship Estate Pinot Noir. We make our wines at Carlton Winemakers Studio in Carlton, and are one of 9 resident boutique wineries who share the eco-friendly, cooperative wine-making facility.
We invite you to share our dream with us. Look inside for information about our current offerings, our wine-making philosophy, and what others are saying about us.
